Jim, aka "Boppa", specifically requested Heather to make her onion dip and hot wings on this trip. I knew I was in trouble.... I ate a little, and it was good, but I paid for it later... Heather deviated slightly from her classic recipe and added a little chipotle to the sauce per Jim's recommendation. She made a mid feast adjustment and added habanero tobassco to kick up the heat a notch. Jim called it "The classic Southern dinner".
