Heather found some scallops on sale at Kroger yesterday. We already had the puff pastry in the freezer, so she decided to whip up some Coquille Saint-Jacques. So much for my low sodium mandate from Dr. Haire. Maybe I'll sweat it off tomorrow..... Check out the basic recipe here:
