Heather made her interpretation of Gran Pearl's sausage casserole. She makes it with aborio rice and hot sausage, but it is quite similar to her grandmother's. Tanner pitched a fit about eating it, but after about an hour and a half, he finished it off. She also threw together some delicious seafood appetizers. Let us know if you want the recipe.
