This really has become a staple. Most of the ingredients are sitting in your freezer right now. If you don't have tasso, substitue bacon, then remember that you can't substitue for tasso. This takes less than 20 minutes from beginning to end and is cheap. I think a lot of trick-or-treaters were bummed they got a tootsie roll while we chowed on this.
