Tilapia with Caper sauce and risotto

This is a typical impromptu Heather meal. We couldn't decide what to make so she took out what would thaw the fastest. She whipped up a caper cream sauce that I expected to be spicy with cayenne, but was actually quite tart with capers. The risotto was nice. Easy, quick, and cheap. Trifecta!
