Heather saw this recipe while she was in J-Town helping Mimi. She was very excited to make it this weekend. All I can say is "Wow! That is rich!" She made the Creme Fraiche with buttermilk, cream, and time. The tart bite was a nice contrast to the chocolate pudding. The cookie crust was nice texture. This is not a dessert for the weak at heart. It is a full frontal assault of chocolate and cream. This one is a keeper. Bittersweet chocolate pudding pie with creme fraiche topping
