Sirloin with Boursin butter, summer vegetables, and a Heather salad


While still being ovenless, we compensated this night with a grill. The salad was Saga blue brie with walnuts and red onion. The sirloin was from the Chicago steaks. The vegetables are zucchini and different bell peppers.
